预见性护理对宫颈癌术后自我管理能力的影响

Effect of predictive nursing on self-management ability of cervical cancer patients after operation

目的研究预见性护理对提高宫颈癌手术患者自我管理能力及降低术后并发症的效果。方法选择2016年3月-2017年2月深圳市宝安区人民医院收治的176例宫颈癌患者为观察对象。根据患者术后不同护理方法分为观察组和对照组各88例,观察组术后采取预见性护理,而对照组采取常规护理,比较两组自我管理能力、术后并发症发生情况。结果护理后观察组SUPPH评分为(102.45±13.33)分,明显高于对照组的(88.31±15.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总并发症发生率为12.50%,明显低于对照组的31.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌手术实施预见性护理可以提高自我管理能力,有效控制并发症发生率,利于患者康复。

Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing on improving self-management ability and reducing postoperative complications of patients with cervical cancer.Methods From March 2016 to February 2017,176 cases of cervical cancer patients in Baoan District People's Hospital in Shenzhen were selected as observation objects.According to the different nursing methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 88 cases in each group.The observation group received predictive nursing after operation,while the control group received routine nursing.The self-management ability and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SUPPH score of observation group was(102.45+13.33)scores,which was significantly higher than that of control group with(88.31+15.59)scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total complication rate of observation group was 12.50%,which was significantly lower than that of control group with 31.82%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing for cervical cancer surgery can improve self-management ability and effectively control the incidence of complications,conducive to rehabilitation of patients.
