家庭护理对门诊突发性耳聋患者心理状态的影响

Influence of family nursing on mental state of outpatients with sudden deafness

目的探讨家庭支持结合心理暗示对门诊突发性耳聋患者心理状态的影响。方法选取2016年9月-2018年2月广州番禺区何贤纪念医院门诊突发性耳聋患者80例,所有患者均给予积极的心理暗示,通过家庭关怀度量表对患者家庭支持状况进行调查,将得分≥7分患者40例纳入观察组,将得分<7分患者40例纳入对照组,比较两组患者心理状态与生活质量。结果观察组患者躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑因子评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者敌对、恐怖、偏执因子评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者健康与功能、自我概念、生活满意度、社会与经济以及总体生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭支持结合心理暗示有利于改善门诊突发性耳聋患者心理状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of family support and psychological suggestion on mental state of outpatients with sudden deafness.Methods From September 2016 to February 2018,80 patients with sudden deafness in Guangzhou Panyu District Ho Hsien Memorial Hospital were selected.All patients were given positive psychological suggestions.The family support status of the patients was investigated by family care scale.40 patients with≥7 scores were included in the observation group.40 patients with<7 scores were included in the control group.The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of hostility,terror,and paranoid factors between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of health and function,self-concept,life satisfaction,social and economic,and overall quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family support combined with psychological suggestion is helpful to improve the psychological status of outpatients with sudden deafness and improve the quality of life.
