随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对医疗服务提出了更高的要求。尤其是产科作为医院特殊的科室,更强调护理工作的重要性。产科护理质量直接影响了产妇的情绪变化、分娩能否顺利进行以及婴幼儿的健康发育。同时,由于产妇及其家属往往比较敏感,在护理过程中稍有不慎便可能引发护患纠纷,引起不必要的矛盾。因此,为了更好推动产科护理工作开展,不断改进提高产科护理质量,更好满足产妇及其家属的护理需求,许多专家在产科护理方面做了大量的理论和临床研究工作。本文将近些年的产科护理模式研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床产科护理工作的开展提供借鉴。

With the development of society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people have higher requirements for medical services.In particular,obstetrics,as a special department of a hospital,emphasizes the importance of nursing work.The quality of obstetric care has a direct impact on maternal emotional changes,whether the delivery can proceed smoothly and the healthy development of infants.At the same time,due to maternal and their families are often more sensitive,a slight carelessness in the process of nursing may lead to nurse-patient disputes and unnecessary contradictions.Therefore,in order to better promote the development of obstetric care,improve the quality of obstetric care,and better meet the needs of maternal and their families,many experts have done a lot of theoretical and clinical research in obstetric care.This article reviews the research progress of obstetric nursing mode in recent years,in order to provide reference for the development of clinical obstetric nursing work.
