急性脑梗死rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗的护理进展

Nursing progress of rt-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction

急性脑梗死是一种常见的心脑血管疾病,其患者的死亡率很高。在患者接受了及时有效的治疗之后,绝大部分患者仍不能完全恢复健康,会出现一定程度的身体功能性障碍,影响患者行为能力,给患者家庭以及社会带来沉重的负担。重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)是目前世界范围内公认的有效治疗急性脑梗死的药物,具有较好的治疗效果。为了更好发挥rt-PA静脉溶栓在治疗急性脑梗死的作用,近些年很多专家关于急性脑梗死rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗护理开展了一系列研究工作,并取得了一些新进展。本文将近些年关于急性脑梗死rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗的护理进展进行综述,以期为临床护理提供借鉴。

Acute cerebral infarction is a common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease with a high mortality rate.After patients received timely and effective treatment,most patients still can not fully recover,there will be a certain degree of physical dysfunction,affecting patients’behavioral ability,bringing heavy burden to patients’families and society.Recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA)is currently recognized worldwide as an effective drug for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,with good therapeutic effect.In order to better play the role of rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,many experts have carried out a series of research work on nursing of rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis in recent years,and have made some new progress.This article reviews the nursing progress of rt-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction in recent years in order to provide reference for clinical nursing.
