中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果

Effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on children with bronchial pneumonia

目的分析中药穴位贴敷在小儿支气管肺炎治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取天津市公安医院收治的80例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上采用中药穴位贴敷进行辅助治疗,观察两组的治疗总有效率以及治疗前后的中医症候评分。结果观察组总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的90.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗前的中医症候评分分别为(25.28±4.94)和(24.85±4.68),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组中医症候评分为(1.76±1.04),低于对照组的(7.31±2.20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷可以有效提高支气管肺炎患儿的治疗总有效率,改善患儿预后情况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods 80 children with bronchial pneumonia in Tianjin Public Security Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group including40 cases.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of western medicine.The effective rate of treatment and the score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 100.0%in the observation group and 90.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms before treatment in the observation group and the control group were(25.28±4.94)and(24.85±4.68)respectively,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of TCM symptoms in the observation group was(1.76±1.04),lower than(7.31±2.20)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia and improve the prognosis of children,which is worthy of clinical application.
