导乐陪伴分娩对降低孕产妇分娩焦虑的临床效果

The clinical effect of doule accompanying delivery on reducing maternal anxiety in childbirth

目的探究助产士全程导乐陪伴分娩对初产妇产后抑郁、焦虑情绪影响。方法选择云浮市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2017年8月-2018年10月收治的200例产妇并随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组采用常规分娩服务,观察组采用全程导乐陪伴分娩方式。观察比较两组分娩前后焦虑与抑郁评分。结果两组产前焦虑与抑郁评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分娩后,观察组焦虑与抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产程时间较对照组缩短,产科剖宫产率下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用助产士全程导乐陪伴分娩,有助于减轻产妇分娩过程中及分娩后焦虑与抑郁情绪,实现分娩的持续、顺利进行,降低产后焦虑、抑郁发生率,值得采用。

Objective To explore the influence of midwife’s whole-course doule accompanying delivery on postpartum depression and anxiety of primipara.Methods 200 cases of parturients admitted to Yunfu Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center from August 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases each.The control group was given routine delivery service,while the observation group was given whole-course doula delivery service.Anxiety and depression scores before and after delivery were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in prenatal anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After delivery,anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of labor was shorter than that of the control group,and the rate of obstetric cesarean section decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The use of whole-course doule accompanying can help to alleviate anxiety and depression during and after delivey,achieve the sustained and smooth delivery,and reduce the incidence of postpartum anxiety and depression,which is worth using.
