孟鲁司特钠治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征效果

Efficacy of montelukast sodium in the treatment of asthma-COPD overlap syndrome

目的分析孟鲁司特钠治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征(ACOS)临床效果。方法选择德州市人民医院2017年9月-2018年9月收治的ACOS患者92例,随机分为对照组与观察组各46例。对照组给予常规用药,观察组加用孟鲁司特钠。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后呼吸情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组ACT评分、CAT评分、FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠药物用于治疗ACOS,可有效缓解疾病临床表征,改善患者的哮喘、慢阻肺发病症状,调节肺部呼吸强度,增加肺部呼吸容积,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of asthma-COPD overlap syndrome(ACOS).Methods 92 patients with ACOS admitted to Dezhou People’s Hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine medication,while the observation group was given montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the respiratory status of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ACT score,CAT score,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium used in the treatment of ACOS can effectively alleviate the clinical manifestation of the disease,improve the symptoms of asthma and COPD,regulate the respiratory intensity of the lungs and increase the lung volume,which is worthy of clinical application.
