冠心病合并糖尿病的临床护理方法与效果探究

Exploration of clinical nursing method and effect of coronary heart disease with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨冠心病合并糖尿病患者的临床护理方法,观察护理效果,为临床护理工作的开展提供参考。方法选择山东省高唐县人民医院2017年7月-2018年7月收治的130例冠心病合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各65例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予护理干预,观察比较两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组血糖差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组血糖水平、并发症总发生率低于对照组,左室射血分数、心脏指数、护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用护理干预冠心病合并糖尿病患者,可有效改善血糖水平及心功能,减少相关并发症,促进患者病情恢复,改善预后,提高患者生存质量,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods of coronary heart disease combined with diabetes mellitus,observe the nursing effect,and provide reference for the clinical nursing work.Methods 130 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus in Gaotang Country People’s Hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,65 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing intervention,and the nursing effect was observed and compared between two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood sugar between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the blood sugar level and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and left ven tricular ejection fraction,heart index and nursing satisfac-tion rate were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus can effectively improve blood glucose level and cardiac function,reduce related complications,promote the recovery of patients,improve the prognosis,improve the quality of life of patients,and has high clinical value.
