腰间盘突出症的针灸治疗进展

An overview of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lumbar disc herniation

腰间盘突出是一种临床常见的疾病,是腰椎间盘的退行性病变,外力因素使椎间盘的纤维环破裂,髓核组织随之突出,导致脊神经根受压迫或刺激,引起的一系列临床症状,表现为腰部疼痛麻木活动受限,下肢放射痛、麻木、肌力下降及马尾神经症状。属中医的痹症范畴,痹症的成因,多由卫气不固,腠理空虚,风寒湿邪乘虚侵入,经络痹阻,发为风寒湿痹。目前腰椎间盘突出症的治疗方法为手术和保守治疗,而保守治疗以中医针灸为主要手段,其中有单纯的针灸治疗,有针灸与其他中医疗法相结合,都能取得满意疗效。现将腰间盘突出症的中医针灸疗法作一综述。

Lumbar disc protrusion is a common clinical disease.It is a degenerative disease of the lumbar intervertebral disc.External forces cause the fiber ring of the intervertebral disc to rupture,and the pulpium nucleus tissue to protrude,causing the spinal nerve root to be oppressed or stimulated and a series of clinical symptoms,the expression is waist pain numbness activity limitation,lower extremity radiolgia,numbness,muscle strength drop and ponytail nerve symptom.It is a category of traditional Chinese medicine,and the causes of the disease are mostly caused by lack of defending air,emptiness,wind and dampness,and false intrusion.At present,the treatment method for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is surgery and conservative treatment,while conservative treatment uses traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture as the main means,including simple acupuncture treatment,acupuncture combined with other traditional Chinese medicine,can achieve satisfactory results.This article reviews the traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of lumbar disc herniation.
