延续性护理对慢性化脓性中耳炎术后恢复进展

Progression of continuity nursing on postoperative recovery of chronic suppurative otitis media

慢性化脓性中耳炎是临床常见的耳鼻喉科疾病,其临床症状主要表现为鼓膜穿孔、患耳反复流脓以及听力下降等,严重影响了患者的身体健康和生活质量。目前手术治疗是临床治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的有效方式,但是手术治疗会给患者带来一定的创伤,且容易引发一系列并发症。延续性护理是整体护理的重要组成部分,是住院护理的有效延伸,可以保障患者在出院后依然能够享受到优质的护理服务,因此可以有效保障慢性化脓性中耳炎的术后恢复效果。基于此,本文对近些年关于延续性护理对慢性化脓性中耳炎术后恢复状况影响研究进展进行综述,以期为临床慢性化脓性中耳炎的术后护理提供借鉴。

Chronic suppurative otitis media is a common clinical disease of otorhinolaryngology.Its main clinical symptoms are perforation of tympanic membrane,repeated empyema and hearing loss,which seriously affect the health and quality of life of patients.At present,surgical treatment is an effective way to treat chronic suppurative otitis media,but surgical treatment will bring certain trauma to patients,and easy to cause a series of complications.Continuous nursing is an important part of holistic nursing,is an effective extension of hospitalization nursing,can ensure that patients still enjoy quality care after discharge,so it can effectively guarantee the recovery of chronic suppurative otitis media after operation.Based on this,this article reviews the research progress of the effect of continuous nursing on the recovery of chronic suppurative otitis media after operation in recent years,in order to provide reference for the postoperative care of chronic suppurative otitis media.
