摘要 病原微生物检验对于药品、食品以及其他多个行业的发展具有重要的意义。分子生物学技术的出现大幅提高了病原微生物检验结果的可靠性和准确性,对于病原微生物领域的发展起到了积极的促进作用。现阶段分子生物学技术在病原微生物检验实践中具体包括聚合酶链式反应技术、生物传感器技术、核酸探针技术以及基因芯片等。不同技术在病原微生物实际检测中具有不同的适用范围和优缺点,为了更好发挥分子生物学技术在病原微生物检验中的作用,本文在分子生物学技术的优势分析的基础上,重点对各种分子生物学技术在病原微生物检验中的应用进行论述,以期能够为病原微生物检验实践提供借鉴。 Pathogenic microorganism testing is of great significance to the development of pharmaceuticals,food and other industries.The emergence of molecular biology technology has greatly improved the reliability and accuracy of pathogenic microorganism test results,and has played a positive role in promoting the development of pathogenic microbiology.At present,molecular biology technology includes polymerase chain reaction technology,biosensor technology,nucleic acid probe technology and gene chip technology.Different technologies have different application scope,advantages and disadvantages in the actual detection of pathogenic microorganisms.In order to better play the role of molecular biology technology in the detection of pathogenic microorganisms,based on the analysis of the advantages of molecular biology technology,this paper focuses on the application of various molecular biology technologies in the detection of pathogenic microorganisms,in order to provide a reference for the practice of pathogenic microorganism testing.
