风险管理在妇产科护理中的研究进展

Research progress of risk management in gynecology and obstetrics nursing

随着社会的发展和人们生活质量的提高,人们对妇产科护理中的安全性越来越重视。妇产科护理工作是医疗工作的重要组成部分,对于患者疾病的治疗以及构建和谐的护患关系均具有积极的意义。但是由于妇产科患者病情复杂,护理过程中不确定危险因素众多,很容易导致护理安全事故的发生。因此近年来很多专家学者对妇产科护理中的风险因素以及风险因素管理开展了大量的研究工作,希望通过产妇护理风险因素管理来不断提高护理质量,取得了明显的效果。基于此本文对近些年关于风险管理在妇产科护理中的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床妇产科护理提供借鉴。

With the development of society and the improvement of people’s quality of life,people pay more and more attention to the safety of obstetric and gynecological nursing.Obstetrics and gynecology nursing work is an important part of medical work.It has positive significance for the treatment of patients’diseases and the construction of harmonious nurse-patient relationship.However,due to the complex condition of obstetrics and gynecology patients,there are many uncertain risk factors in the nursing process,which can easily lead to the occurrence of nursing safety accidents.Therefore,in recent years,many experts and scholars have carried out a lot of research work on risk factors and risk factors management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing,hoping to continuously improve the quality of nursing through risk factors management of obstetrics and gynecology nursing,and achieved remarkable results.Based on this,this article reviews the research progress of risk management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical obstetrics and gynecology nursing.
