模拟家庭养育模式对福利院孤儿成长的影响

The influence of simulated family rearing patterns on orphans’ growth in welfare homes

目的探讨模拟家庭养育模式对福利院孤儿成长的影响。方法选择广州市社会福利康复医院模拟家庭养育的32例和集体养育的22例孤残儿童,采用儿童适应行为量表(ADQ),按照统一标准对两组孤残儿童分别进行了测试,经过2年的养育观察,比较两组测评各因子T分成绩改善情况。结果模拟家庭组儿童独立因子、认知因子、社会/自制因子、ADQ各因子T分成绩均高于集体养育组儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模拟家庭养育模式对福利院孤儿成长的影响较大,可明显提高孤儿的社会适应能力,值得推广。

Objective To explore the influence of simulated family rearing patterns on orphans’growth in welfare homes.Methods 32 orphans and disabled children in simulated family rearing and 22 orphans and disabled children in collective rearing in Guangzhou Social Welfare Rehabilitation Hospital were selected.The children’s adaptive behavior scale(ADQ)was used to test the two groups of orphans and disabled children according to the unified standard.After two years of rearing observation,the improvement of T scores achievements of each factor in the two groups was compared.Results The T scores achievements of independent factor,cognitive factor,social/self-control factor and ADQ in the simulated family group were higher than those in the group rearing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Simulated family rearing model has a great impact on the growth of orphans in welfare homes,and can significantly improve the social adaptability of orphans,which is worthy of vigorous implementation.
