优质护理管理在新生儿护理中的应用效果探讨

目的分析优质护理管理在新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取天津市第一中心医院产科2017年1-12月期间出生的80例新生儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组和观察组新生儿分别采用常规护理管理和优质护理管理,观察两组新生儿的不良事件发生率以及新生儿家属的护理满意度。结果观察组和对照组新生儿的不良事件发生率分别为2.5%和17.5%,新生儿家属的护理满意度分别为95.0%和80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿护理中采用优质护理管理,能够有效降低护理过程中不良事件的发生,提高新生儿家属的护理满意度。

Objective In order to analyze the application effect of high quality nursing management in neonatal nursing.Methods 80 neonates born between January 2017 and December 2017 in obstetrics department of Tianjin First Central Hospital were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with routine nursing management and high quality nursing management,respectively.The incidence of adverse events and the nursing satisfaction of the newborns’family members in the two groups were observed.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group and the control group were 2.5%and 17.5%,respectively;the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the observation group and the control group were 95.0%and 80.0%,respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high quality nursing management in neonatal care can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the nursing satisfaction of newborn family members.
