补中益气汤治疗脾胃虚弱型胃痛的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on gastralgia of spleen and stomach weakness type

目的探讨补中益气汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型胃痛的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月-2018年3月就诊于汕头市澄海区中医医院的脾胃虚弱型胃痛患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予补中益气汤加减治疗,比较患者临床治疗总有效率及治疗前后中医症候积分情况。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的63.33%;观察组患者的中医证候积分治疗后明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤治疗脾胃虚弱型胃痛疾病,能提升临床效果,改善患者症候和体征,明显改善了患者临床预后水平,具有积极的推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on gastralgia of spleen and stomach weakness type.Methods 120 patients with gastralgia of spleen and stomach weakness type from March 2016 to March 2018 in Shantou Chenghai District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,while patients in the observation group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.The total effective rate of clinical treatment and the scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than 63.33%of the control group.The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of gastralgia of spleen and stomach weakness type can improve the clinical effect,improve the symptoms and signs of patients,significantly improve the level of clinical prognosis of patients,and has a positive promotion value.
