社区孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病护理干预应用效果

Nursing intervention effect of hypertension during pregnancy in community pregnant women

目的研究社区孕妇患妊娠期高血压疾病的护理干预效果。方法选取天津市河北区王串场街社区卫生服务中心2015年5月31日-2018年5月31日就诊的孕妇妊娠期高血压患者62例,随机分为研究组和对照组各31例。对照组给予常规孕期护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予心理护理、健康宣教、家庭支持、卧位管理、睡眠管理、饮食管理、预见性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果研究组纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,研究组早产儿发生率、胎儿宫内发育迟缓发生率、剖宫产发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区妊娠期高血压患者采用多方位护理干预方法,护理效果明显,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on pregnant women with gestational hypertension in community.Methods 62 pregnant women with gestational hypertension from May 31,2015 to May 31,2018 in Wangchuanchang Street Community Health Service Center of Tianjin were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine pregnant nursing,while the study group was given psychological nursing,health education,family support,recumbent management,sleep management,diet management and predictive nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of two groups were compared.Results The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The incidence of premature infants,fetal intrauterine developmental delay and cesarean section in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-direction nursing intervention method was adopted for the patients with hypertension during pregnancy in the community,the nursing effect was significant and worthy of clinical reference.
