人工全髋关节置换术的护理进展

人工全髋关节置换术(THA)常用于治疗髋关节严重疾病及其相关病症,减轻骨关节病导致的疼痛等。由于它能使关节疼痛得到缓解,关节功能得到改善和恢复,可有效缓解患者痛苦,帮助患者重新回到正常生活,被广泛应用于临床治疗。治疗过程主要分为手术和术后康复护理两部分,其中术后护理主要目的是预防术后并发症并延长人工关节的使用年限。护理人员应完全掌握手术方法和康复护理方法,配合医生高质量地完成手术,并在术后给予患者心理疏导和有效的康复训练指导。本文简要介绍了THA的手术方式、方法,并归纳阐述了相关手术护理方法,包括术前准备、术中配合、术后康复指导等。

A rtificial total hip arthroplasty(THA)is often used to treat serious hip diseases and related diseases,and to relieve pain caused by osteoarthritis.Because it can alleviate joint pain,improve and restore joint function,effectively alleviate the pain of patients and help patients return to normal life,it is widely used in clinical treatment.The treatment process is mainly divided into two parts:operation and rehabilitation nursing.The main purpose of post-operation nursing is to prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications and prolong the service life of artificial joints.Nurses should fully grasp the operation methods and rehabilitation nursing methods,cooperate with doctors to complete the operation with high quality,and give patients psychological counseling and effective rehabilitation training guidance after operation.This paper briefly introduces the operation ways and methods of THA,and summarizes the relevant nursing methods,including preoperative preparation,intraoperative cooperation,and rehabilitation guidance after operation.
