近年来妊娠糖尿病在孕妇中的发病率呈现逐年增高的趋势,妊娠糖尿病容易引发一系列并发症,还会增加产妇在产后得糖尿病的几率,不利于孕妇的身体健康和腹中胎儿的健康发育。因此在妊娠糖尿病临床治疗中,通过制订科学合理的护理方案,采取积极有效的护理措施,对孕妇的血糖水平进行监测调控,保障孕妇顺利安全的分娩,最大程度减少对胎儿健康的影响,已经成为社会各界普遍关心的问题。针对妊娠糖尿病的临床护理,许多专家学者开展了大量的临床和理论研究工作,并取得了明显的成果。本文将近些年关于妊娠糖尿病孕妇的护理干预措施及研究进展等成果进行综述,以期能够为临床妊娠糖尿病孕妇的护理提供理论指导。

In recent years,the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus in pregnant women is increasing year by year,gestational diabetes mellitus is not only prone to cause a series of complications,but also increase the risk of postpartum diabetes,which is not conducive to the health of pregnant women and the healthy development of abdominal fetus.Therefore,in the clinical treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus,through the formulation of scientific and reasonable nursing program,take active and effective nursing measures,monitor and control the blood sugar level of pregnant women,ensure the smooth and safe delivery of pregnant women,minimize the impact on fetal health,has become a common concern of all sectors of society.For the clinical nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus,many experts and scholars have carried out a lot of clinical and theoretical research work,and achieved remarkable results.This article reviews the nursing intervention measures and research progress of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in recent years in order to provide theoretical guidance for clinical nursing of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.
