中西医结合治疗痔疮临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation on the treatment of hemorrhoids with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

目的观察九华膏外用配合草木犀流浸液片口服联合槐花消痔汤治疗痔疮急性期发作的效果。方法选取2017年9月-2018年8月天津市小东庄社区卫生服务中心中医科门诊收治的急性期痔疮发作患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组仅应用九华膏外用配合草木犀流浸液片口服,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用槐花消痔汤。观察比较两组治疗3 d后及7 d后的总有效率。结果对照组与观察组治疗3 d后总有效率为65.0%、75.0%,治疗7 d后总有效率为70.0%、87.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论九华膏外用配合草木犀流浸液片口服联合槐花消痔汤治疗痔疮急性期发作疗效确切,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiuhua ointment for external use combined with herbaceous rhinoceros extract tablets for oral use and Huaihua Xiaozhi Decoction on acute haemorrhoids attack.Methods Eighty patients with acute hemorrhoids were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 in each group,from September 2017 to August 2018 in the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine of Xiaodongzhuang Community Health Service Center.The control group was only given Jiuhua ointment for external use and herbaceous rhinoceros extract tablets for oral use,while the observation group was given Huaihua Xiaozhi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rates of the two groups after 3 days and 7 days of treatment were observed and compared.Results The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 65.0%and 75.0%after3 days of treatment,and the total effective rates were 70.0%and 87.5%after 7 days of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiuhua ointment for external use combined with herbaceous rhinoceros infusion tablets for oral use and Huaihua Xiaozhi Decoction are effective in the treatment of acute haemorrhoids attack,which is worthy of clinical application.
