雷公藤配伍白芍、莱菔子其特征成分含量变化研究 被引量:3

Study on the content change of characteristic components of tripterygium wilfordii compatible with radix paeoniae alba and semen raphani

摘要 目的探讨雷公藤-白芍、雷公藤-莱菔子配伍比例的变化与雷公藤甲素的含量变化关系的规律。方法白芍、莱菔子分别与雷公藤以1:4、1:1、4:1配伍,经水提、乙酸乙酯萃取、氧化铝柱洗脱,滤液用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法测定雷公藤单提液及配伍白芍、莱菔子后提取液中雷公藤甲素的含量。结果以对照品溶液浓度(μg/ml)对峰面积进行线性回归,回归方程为:A=4×107X+77 669(R=0.999 7),线性范围为:11.08~354.49μg/ml。研究结果表明白芍对雷公藤的解毒作用明显,莱菔子相对较弱,并且这两种中药与雷公藤配伍都显现出的解毒作用与所占比例的增加成正比。结论白芍、莱菔子对雷公藤具有减毒功效,而白芍对雷公藤的解毒作用更加明显,莱菔子相对较弱。 Objective To investigate the regular pattern of relationship between the changes of compatibility ratio of tripterygium wilfordii-radix paeoniae alba and tripterygium wilfordii-semen raphani and the changes of triptolide content.Methods Radix paeoniae alba and semen raphani were compatibility with tripterygium wilfordii by 1:4,1:1,4:1,by water extraction,ethyl acetate extraction,alumina column filtrate extracts,to determination of triptolide content in tripterygium wilfordii single extract and extract after compatibility of radix paeoniae alba and semen raphani by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).Results The peak area was linearly regressive with the concentration of reference solution(μg/ml).The regression equation was A=4×107 X+77 669(R=0.999 7),and the linear range was 11.08-354.49μg/ml.The results showed that the detoxification effect of radix paeoniae alba on tripterygium wilfordii was obvious,while that of semen raphani was relatively weak,and the compatibility of the two herbs with tripterygium wilfordii showed that the detoxification effect was proportional to the increase of the proportion.Conclusion Radix paeoniae alba and semen raphani have the effect of decreasing toxicity on tripterygium wilfordii,while the detoxification effect of radix paeoniae alba on tripterygium wilfordii is more obvious,and semen raphani is relatively weak.
