优质护理应用于甲状腺手术患者围术期的效果

Effect of high quality nursing applied in perioperation of patients undergoing thyroid surgery

目的分析优质护理模式应用于甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中的效果。方法选择2018年1-12月高唐县人民医院甲状腺外科收治的择期或延期手术患者120例,按照入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,分别执行常规护理以及优质护理。优质护理包括强化责任护理、加强质控、完善细节护理内容、更好地满足常规护理,重视深化护理内涵、加强安全管理。比较两组护理满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组病情监护、症状控制、治疗护理、心理护理、健康教育、康复指导、生活照料护理满意度高于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式应用于甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中可以提升护理质量,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing mode applied in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods 120 patients with selective or delayed thyroidectomy admitted to the thyroid surgery department of Gaotang County People’s Hospital from January to December2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group according to admission order,routine nursing and high quality nursing were performed respectively.High quality nursing includes strengthening responsibility nursing,strengthening quality control,improving details of nursing content,better meeting routine nursing,paying attention to deepening the connotation of nursing and strengthening safety management.The degree of nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared.Results The satisfaction of condition monitoring,symptom control,treatment nursing,psychological nursing,health education,rehabilitation guidance and life care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing mode in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing thyroid surgery can improve the quality of nursing and reduce the risk of complications.
