口腔颌面部血管瘤药物治疗研究进展

Research progress in drug therapy for oral and maxillofacial hemangioma

血管瘤一般发生在口腔颌面部位,是一种血管畸形,包括海绵状、毛细、混合性等类型。口腔颌面血管瘤的持续发展,可能对患者的外观造成损坏,同时损伤器官的正常功能,这是临床中外科治疗的一大难题。近年来,将激光、冷冻与药物治疗等新的手段用于血管瘤的治疗,取得了良好疗效。口腔颌面部血管瘤发生的概率很高,其发病机制却尚不清楚。与传统的手术治疗、物理治疗比较,药物治疗的优点是操作比较简单,造成的创伤小,不良反应少。因此本文对口腔颌面部血管瘤的药物治疗进行了综述,主要包括抗癌药物、硬化剂、干扰素等。

Hemangioma usually occurs in oral and maxillofacial region,is a kind of vascular malformation,including cavernous hemangioma,capillary hemangioma,mixed hemangioma and other types.Sustainable development of hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial can damage the face of patients and lead to organ dysfunction,which is a difficult point in clinical surgical treatment.In recent years,new methods such as laser,cryotherapy and drug therapy have been used in the treatment of hemangioma,and good results have been achieved.The incidence of hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial region is high,but its specific pathogenesis is not clear.Compared with traditional surgical and physical treatment,drug treatment has the advantages of relatively simple operation,less trauma and less adverse reactions.Therefore,this article reviews the pharmacotherapy of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma,mainly including anticancer drugs,sclerosing agents,interferon and other drugs.
