社区孕妇预防妊娠期糖尿病的护理管理体会

Nursing management experience of community pregnant women in preventing gestational diabetes mellitus

妊娠期糖尿病对母婴造成的危害极大,其预防至关重要。天津市河北区王串场街社区卫生服务中心2010年10月1日-2014年11月30日选择502例孕妇入组天津市妇女儿童保健中心IDF/BRIDES科研项目(在天津三级产前保健网络中实施妊娠糖尿病分级管理与常规管理的随机对照研究,LT09-227),进行妊娠糖尿病的预防护理。本研究加强了对体重超轻、超重、肥胖和双胎孕妇的管理,以预防护理的方式向入组孕妇讲解妊娠糖尿病对母婴的危害、预防措施,并且对孕妇的孕期饮食、孕期体重增长、孕期运动进行管理,根据BMI制订孕期体重增长标准,指导社区孕妇中、晚体育锻炼,旨在降低妊娠期糖尿病的发生率。

Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is harmful to mothers and infants,and its prevention is very important.Form 1 October,2010 to November 30,2014,502 pregnant women in Tianjin Hebei District Wangchuanchang Street Community Health Service Center were enrolled in the IDF/BRIDES research project(a randomized controlled study with grading management and routine management of GDM in Tianjin tertiary prenatal care network,LT09-227)of Tianjin Women and Children Health Center for the prevention and nursing of GDM.This article strengthens the management of weight ultra-light,overweight,obese and twinborn pregnant woman,and explained the harm of GDM to mothers and infants and preventive measures of GDM to the group of pregnant women in the way of preventive nursing.And the pregnant women’s diet during pregnancy,weight gain during pregnancy and exercise during pregnancy are managed;according to BMI,the standard of weight gain during pregnancy is formulated,and to guide the community pregnant women’s middle and late physical exercise.The aim is to reduce the incidence of GDM.
