临床护理工作中针刺伤的原因及对策

Causes and countermeasures of needle stick injuries in clinical nursing work

目的分析临床护士工作中意外针刺伤的原因,并采取相关防护措施以降低针刺伤的发生率。方法调查2018年10月-2019年3月天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院50名护理人员临床工作中的针刺伤情况,包括针刺伤发生次数、发生风险点、原因、器材、是否上报等方面。结果 50名护理人员中共发生意外针刺伤46人,针刺伤发生率为92.00%。针刺伤后仅有18名护理人员按流程上报。结论临床工作中护理人员面临着针刺伤的风险较大,且个人防护意识差,进行各项护理操作时未按照标准规范,医院从加强护理人员的个人防护意识,规范操作规程方面进行了岗前培训和在职教育,大大减少了针刺伤的发生率。

Objective To analyze the causes of accidental needle stick injuries in the work of clinical nurses and take relevant protective measure to reduce the incidence of needle stick injuries.Methods Fifty nurses in Tianjin Medical University Zhu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from October 2018 to March 2019 were investigated to find the incidence of needlestick injuries,including occurrence frequency,risk point,cause,equipment and whether to report needle stick injuries,and so on.Results Forty-six of the 50 nurses had accidental needle stick injuries,and the incidence of needle stick injuries was 92.00%.Only 18 nurses reported needle injuries according to the procedure.Conclusion In clinical work,nurses faced to high risk of needle stick injuries.In addition,nursing staff had a poor awareness of personal protection and failed to follow the standards in clinical.The hospital had carried out pre-job training and in-service education in strengthening the awareness of personal protection of nurses and standardizing operating procedures,which greatly reduced the incidence of needlestick injuries.
