肠梗阻患者的护理研究进展

Research progress in nursing care of patients with intestinal obstruction

肠梗阻是临床上常见的外科急腹症,主要是指由于各种原因引起的肠内容物通过障碍,其主要临床症状表现为腹胀、腹痛、恶心呕吐以及排气排便停止等。如果对肠梗阻患者不及时采取有效的治疗措施,容易对患者的身体健康造成严重的不良影响。目前,临床治疗肠梗阻疾病的主要方法包括两种,即手术疗法和非手术疗法。在临床治疗中应该根据患者的具体病情选择相应的治疗方式,但是不管是采用手术疗法还是非手术疗法,为了保证治疗效果,提高患者后期生存质量,优质高效的护理干预都非常关键。本文将近些年关于肠梗阻患者的护理研究进展进行综述,以期为肠梗阻疾病的临床护理提供借鉴。

Intestinal obstruction is a common surgical acute abdomen in clinic,which mainly refers to the intestinal content barrier caused by various reasons.Its main clinical symptoms are abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,and cessation of exhaust and defecation.If the patients with intestinal obstruction do not take effective treatment measures in time,it is easy to cause serious impact on the health of patients.At present,the main methods of clinical treatment of intestinal obstruction diseases include two kinds,namely,surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment.In clinical treatment,we should choose the appropriate treatment according to the specific condition of patients,but in order to ensure the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients,high-quality and efficient nursing intervention is very important,whether it is surgical or non-surgical treatment.This article reviews the progress of nursing care for patients with intestinal obstruction in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical nursing of intestinal obstruction diseases.
