社区应急救护培训与效果分析

Emergency rescue training and effectiveness analysis in the community

目的利用现代新媒体广泛宣传培训,对社区居民进行实地演练,开展形式多样的主题活动培训等,使应急救护进入社区,提高群众自救互救的意识和能力。方法选取2015年10月-2017年10月东丽区小东庄社区卫生服务中心自愿接受培训的600例居民,随机分为观察组和对照组各300例,对照组采取实践教学模式,观察组在对照组基础上融入信息化培训模式,通过现场答卷的形式比较实践教学效果。结果观察组社区居民的急救知识和操作技能在培训后的合格率为79.00%,高于对照组的64.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在急救过程中融入信息化培训模式,能够提高初级救护员培训质量,既能调动学员的积极性,又能保证教学效果,值得在社区推广应用。

Objective T o make use of modern new media to conduct extensive propaganda and training,conduct on-the-spot exercises for community residents,and carry out various types of thematic activities training,so as to bring emergency rescue into the community and improve the awareness and ability of the masses to rescue themselves and each other.Methods Six hundred residents volunteered for training in Xiaodongzhuang Community Health Service Center of Dongli District from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 300 cases in each group.The control group was adopted the practice teaching mode,while the observation group was integrated the information-based training mode on the basis of the control group,and the effect of the practice teaching was compared through the form of on-site answers.Results The qualified rate of first aid knowledge and operation skills of community residents in observation group was 79.00%after training,which was higher than 64.33%in control group.The difference was statisitically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By incorporating informationbased training mode into the first aid process,the training quality of primary ambulance personnel could be improved,the enthusiasm of students can be mobilized,and the teaching effect could be guaranteed.It was worth popularizing and applying in the community.
