加速康复理念在腹腔镜围术期护理中的应用

Application of accelerated rehabilitation in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨加速康复理念在腹腔镜围术期护理中的应用效果。方法以70例罗定市中医院2016年5月-2018年10月期间行腹腔镜手术的患者为对象,按照不同的护理方法将患者分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施快速康复理念护理,比较患者干预后的住院时间、术后首次肛门排气时间及术后视觉模糊疼痛量表(VAS)评分水平,并且观察术后并发症发生率。结果观察组的住院时间和术后首次肛门排气时间均短于对照组,VAS评估得分也明显低于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腹腔镜患者围术期实施积极的快速康复理念护理,能明显缩短患者住院所需时间,促进术后肛门排气,减轻患者术后疼痛,降低并发症,具有积极的推广价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic surgery.Methods Seventy patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Luoding Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2016 to October 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation concept nursing.The hospital stay,the first time of anal exhaust after operation and the VAS score after intervention were compared,and the incidence of postoperative complications was observed.Results The hospitalization time and the first time of anal exhaust after operation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference s were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of active and rapid re habilitati on concept for laparoscopic patients during perioperative period could significantly shorten the hospitalization time of patients,promote anal exhaust after operation,alleviate postoperative pain and reduce complications,and had positive popularization value.
