We must have the new idea to apply the education of citizen morality to university students

面对当前的新形势,如何努力提高大学生的思想道德素质,真正把《公民道德建设实施纲要》落到实处,需要一个新思路。

It is necessary to apply the education of citizen morality to university students. To put the education of 'The applying outline of building the citizen morality' in practice, we need a new idea that we must stick to the important thought of 'Three represents' and the basic policy of 'administering the nation with morality' as our government idea. We must stick to the 'outline' and pay more attention to the basic part to help the students build the right idea of the word ,of the life and of the value . Put the enlightening education as the main means and we must following the inside principle of morality as well as enhance the cultivating of morality behaviors of students.
