摘要红葱(Eleutherine amcricana Merr et.Heyne)属于鸢尾科,是一种药用栽培植物,其根茎近年来在广东海南岛民间用于治疗冠心病,经初步动物实验,观察到红葱的扩冠效果尚优于丹参,但耐缺氧试验不及丹参,并经临床验证红葱确有良好的治疗冠心病的效果。我们从红葱的乙醇提取物中分得三个显著增加冠状动脉血流量的有效成分,即红葱甲素。
