夏枯草口服液联合131I治疗Graves病的疗效观察 被引量:14

Therapeutic effect of Xiakucao Oral Liquid combined with 131I on Graves disease

摘要 目的观察夏枯草口服液联合131I治疗Graves病的疗效及对患者相关抗体的影响。方法采用夏枯草口服液联合131I治疗Graves病患者(观察组96例),与单用131I治疗(对照组96例)进行疗效比较,并比较治疗前后促甲状腺素受体抗体(TRAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)及甲状腺过氧化酶抗体(TPOAb)水平变化。结果观察组与对照组在治疗6个月后总有效率分别为92.7%、81.2%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。两组治疗前TRAb、TGAb及TPOAb水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的TRAb水平6个月后下降明显,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组及对照组治疗6个月后TGAb、TPOAb水平均升高,对照组尤为明显,两者比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论夏枯草口服液与131I联用能有效降低Graves病患者血清TRAb水平和升高TGAb及TPOAb水平,治疗效果明显优于单用131I治疗。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiakucao Oral Liquid combined with 131 I on Graves disease and its effect on antibodies.Methods The efficacy of 96 patients with Graves disease treated with Xiakucao Oral Liquid and 131 I(observation group)was compared with those only treated with 131 I(control group).The levels of TRAb,TGAb,and TPOAb were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The efficacy after 6 months of treatment between the observation group and the control group was statistically different(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of TRAb,TGAb,and TPOAb before the treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The TRAb level in the observation group decreased significantly after 6 months,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The levels of TGAb and TPOAb increased in the two groups after 6 months of treatment,especially in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiakucao Oral Liquid combined with 131 I can effectively reduce the levels of serum TRAb,TGAb,and TPOAb in patients with Graves disease,and the efficacy of Xiakucao Oral Liquid combined with 131 I is significantly better than 131 I treatment only.
