摘要 化学沉积的非晶态Ni-P合金具有高强度、良好抗蚀性、高导电性和软磁性等优异性能,故有着广泛用途。但是这些优异性能在非晶态合金发生结晶后便会丧失。 The isothermal crystallization of electroless deposited amorphous Ni2.7P alloy had been investigated by means of the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The measured activation energy for crystallization transformation is 528 kJ/mol and the Aviami index n is 2. 6. According to the approximate model of crystallization mechanism for the amorphous solid n=a+bp, it can be deduced that the crystallization process of the amorphous Ni2.7P is consistent with a model of constant nu-cleation rate crystallization and three-dimensional difusion controlled growth.
