四氨基酞菁铜电聚合膜的结构与光伏效应

摘要 用电化学方法制备2,9,16,23-四氨基酞菁铜聚合物膜,测定酸菁铜及其电聚合膜的拉曼光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱,聚酞青铜膜是通过酞菁铜的氨基取代基阳极氧化生成的偶氮键连接而成的,在聚合物拉曼光谱中,偶氮键振动频率位于1504cm^(-1),光伏特性表明聚酞菁铜的光生电压和光生电流都比单体酞菁铜来得大。 Electrooxidation in organic solution of copper 2, 9, 16, 23-tetraaminoph-thalocyanine (H2N)4PcCu leads to the deposition of polymerized copper phthalocyanine (poly-CuPc). The Raman and UV-visible spectra of (H2N)4PcCu and poly-CuPc were investigated. The peripheral amine groups of (H2N)4PcCu were electrooxidized to form azo groups and (H2N)4PcCu was polymerized to poly-CuPc film by azo groups. VN-N in Raman spectrum of poly-CuPc was observed at 1504 cm-1. The photovolotaic effects indicated that △V and Al of poly-CuPc film on surface of Pt electrode were greater than those of (H2N)4PcCu film.
