在H.323会议系统中嵌入高效的视频压缩协议H.263

Embedding H. 263 Protocol into H. 323 Multimedia System

针对在H.323多媒体会议系统中采用H.261协议进行视频压缩造成的重建图像质量差、运动画面不连续、编码效率低等问题,提出了将高效的编码算法H.263协议嵌入到H.323中的设计思想,以改善实时视频通信的质量;对在C++平台上将H.263视频编解码嵌入H.323中的过程进行了分析,并取得了令人满意的实验结果.

Due to problems such as degradation of reconstructed images, non-continuity of moving pictures,low encoding efficiency etc. of H. 261 supported by the current version of H. 323 multimedia system,this paper presents the solution of improving the quality of the real time video and audio communication,in which the high efficiency comprssion algorithm ?H. 263 protocol is embedded into the H. 323 system by use of C+ +platform. The embedding process is analyzed and stisfied experiment results have been implemented.
