哈大铁路利用德国政府贷款,首次系统引进了德国铁路电气化技术、设备和管理,有效地提高了我国铁路电气化装备的现代化水平,同时对促进铁路电气化的设计、施工和运营维护管理等方面的技术进步,发挥了重要作用。

By utilizing German government loan, Harbin-Dalian Railway has for the first time imported German electrification technology, equipment and management know-how, and has effectively improved the electrification modernization level in China. It has played an important role in promoting technical progress of design, construction, operation and maintenance of railway electrification.
