摘要
回顾了东风11型内燃机车的研制背景和研制过程,介绍了它在既有线提速试验中的突出表现,阐述了它在中国铁路4次大提速中发展壮大和改进完善的过程,肯定了它在中国铁路大提速中所发挥的重要作用。建议加速研制4410kW、交流传动、轮盘制动、牵引电动机全悬挂的东风11B型客运内燃机车,以满足一些繁忙干线旅客列车进一步扩编和提高旅行速度的需要;同时建议立项研制牵引电动机全悬挂、径向转向架的东风11C型客运内燃机车,以满足曲线多且半径小的广大山区铁路旅客列车提速的需要。
The paper makes a review of the background and process of developing DF11 diesel engine locomotive and introduces its use in the speed up test of existing lines. The paper also illustrating the process of the development and improvement in the four runs of speed up of Chinese railways and values the important role it has played in the speed up drive of Chinese railways. It is suggested that DF 11B* passenger train locomotive with 441 OkW, AC transmission, disc brake, full suspension traction motor be developed sooner to satisfy the needs of longer combination and faster of passenger trains on some busy trunk lines. It is also proposed that the DF 11C* passenger train locomotive with full suspension traction motor and radial bogie shall be approved as a project for development so as to satisfy the needs of speed up trains on large mountainous areas with many curves and small radius(* new type locomotive shall be named by Transportation Department of MOR. For the convenience of statement, the article calls them DF11B and DF11C locomotive temporarily)
