摘要
归纳了针式打印机打印头常见故障 ,主要有打印头内污物过多以及断针 2种情况 ,分析了它们的形成原因。介绍了一种简单可行的针式打印机打印头清污方法 ,并给出了清洗控制程序。对于断针这一常见故障 ,则给出了断针检测程序。
This paper analyzed the causes of the two ordinary faults of the heads of pin printers,and presents both an easy method for washing the heads and the washing control program. A useful program is given to detect the broken pin.
