摘要
利用转盘装置测量了ZrO2、Si3N4 和Al2O3/Ti(NC)等陶瓷材料受到水的空蚀破坏的体积损失,通过SEM观察和XRD分析,探讨了微观结构和抗空蚀性能的关系。
Various ZrO2, Si3N4 and Al2O3/Ti(NC) ceramics were eroded in water using a rotating disc facility. The progress of erosion was measured by volume loss and the eroded surface was observed using a scanning electron microscope, XRD was analyzed to be explored the relationship between microstructure and volume loss of ceramics.
