摘要
采用自组装成膜技术在ITO表面制备了偶氮苯双8-羟基喹啉-金属螯合物薄膜,得到棕红色的均一薄膜。研究了不同层数、不同浓度、不同沉积时间和不同金属自组装薄膜的紫外吸收光谱,并且通过扫描隧道显微镜跟踪其沉积过程,证实自组装膜的沉积为均匀沉积过程。
Brown-red uniform thin-film of axobenzol bis(8-hydroquinoline) metal chelate were fabricated by self-assembly technique. The UV-vis spectra of self-assembly film with different layers, concentrations, metal ions and dipping time were studied. The results shown that the thickness of each layer can be adjusted in molecular-level by changing the chemical property of solution, dipping time and so on. Scanning tunneling microscope was used to follow the tracks of the growth of the films. The UV-vis spectra and the micrographs indicate that the growth of self-assembly film was uniform growth.
