摘要
提出摩擦系统演化的 3种基本形式。在非平衡态热力学熵平衡方程的框架下构造摩擦系统的数学模型 ,用熵产生表征摩擦磨损过程的各种现象。讨论了各因素的物理量纲及其统一到熵的途径。研究表明 ,用非平衡态热力学研究摩擦磨损有助于摩擦学的系统分析 ,熵产生可以定量表示摩擦磨损过程的所有因素——材料破坏、摩擦发热。
Three evolutions of tribological system are proposed. An exploration is made to model friction and wear processes mathematically based on the balance equation of entropy. Various phenomena in tribological procedure are characterized by entropy production and their physical dimensions of the factors are discussed. The primary researches show that a tribo-system can be classified by the tensors of the thermodynamic forces. The entropy production of the sub-processes, i.e., heat transfer, elastic and plastic deformation, phase change and tribo-chemical reactions can be calculated. The effects of material flow (wear), energy flow (heat transfer), failure of materials, absorption, adsorption in friction and wear processes on the change of entropy are discussed. The introduction of non-equilibrium thermodynamics in tribology studies provides an assistance in system analysis and a frame for modeling quantitatively.
