摘要
选择性电铸是近几年来出现的一种快速成型工艺。在介绍选择性电铸工艺原理与成型设备基础上 ,本文分析了选择性电铸的分层切片处理特点 ,提出了一种适于选择性电铸工艺特点的数据处理方法并详细论述了其实现过程。这种算法综合了简单扫描与螺旋线扫描两种扫描线填充算法的优点 ,采用所提出的扫描线共区判据 ,将加工层面的所有扫描线划分为若干个相互独立的加工扫描区 ,相邻扫描线间的进给线为层面边界 ,不同扫描区之间通过电铸喷嘴的快速移动线相连 。
Based on the principle and a typical machine of selective electroforming (SE), a new rapid prototyping technology developed in recent years is presented, and the requirements for the data process of SE is analyzed. Then a new data process algorithm that is especially suited to SE machining and its realization is presented. With this algorithm, according to the grouping judgment of scanning lines, all the scanning lines in the machining layer are grouped to form several different scanning districts. The connections of neighboring line are performed by a part of the layer border, that of different districts, by the quickly moving tracts of the jet. All the data are processed by a new algorithm with the merits of simple scanning and spiraling scanning to meet the requirements of SE.
