肝脏黏液表皮样癌1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女,71岁。反复上腹部闷痛2月,加重7天。患者为乙肝病毒携带者,肝功能异常且脾大,精神、睡眠、饮食欠佳。近期体重下降4 kg,皮肤、巩膜无黄染,腮腺及下颌部未扪及异常,上腹部压痛,无反跳痛,肝脏肋缘下未扪及。实验室检查:AFP 41.4 ng/mL,CEA 100 ng/mL,CA199 700 U/mL,CA125 187.4 ug/mL。上腹部MRI+MRCP:肝脏S5、6、8段可见类椭圆形长T1长T2肿块影.
