摘要
本文介绍了先进控制系列软件APC—Suite在苯乙烯装置上的应用情况,在简要介绍工艺流程的基础上,重点分析了苯乙烯装置面临的过程控制问题,并给出相应的先进控制解决方案,工业应用效果表明先进控制技术是解决复杂工业过程控制问题不可缺少的工具。
APC-Suite,an advanced process control software series and its application in styrene unit are presented.After introducing process sheet of the styrene unit,the process control issue is analyzed in particular,then the advanced process control solution of the styrene unit is put forward. Industrial application results show that advanced process control technologies are indispensable tools for settling complex process control problems.
