摘要
近年来,以信息技术与制造业融合进行智能制造,已成为世界制造业发展的客观趋势。基于个性化智能制造的需求,利用三菱PLC控制机械手实现3D产品打印,并对产品进行图像识别分类,用机械手对产品进行抓取传送;同时,用户可通过手机APP软件,实现客户端远程下单。实现了从下订单到3D打印生产再到分类传送的完整生产过程。本系统能够快速响应客户需求,克服3D打印机的规模范围局限,实现3D打印在互联网+环境下的智能制造。
Recently, with the integration of information technology and manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing has become the trend of world manufacturing. Based on the personal demands of intelligent manufacturing, 3 D products are printed via the manipulator controlled by MITSUBISHI PLC. The system then classifies the products and transports them via another manipulator. Also, it is possible for consumers to place remote orders via mobile Application. Thus product ordering, 3 D printing and classified transmission are regarded as a unit. In that way, the system is able to respond to the demands of customers quickly and overcome the scale limitations of normal 3 D printer. Besides, it corresponds to the mechanism of "Internet+".
