摘要
本设备是模拟基于移动设备与互联网加的多功能智能制造生产线的控制系统,利用互联网将虚拟信息系统与实际物理系统相结合,使用PLC进行现场数据采集、数据处理、信息监控等,支持使用手持移动设备进行数据采集、在线监视和在线控制,可实现在线订单和智能化生产;符合了"工业4.0"时代对于"智慧工厂"的要求。
An automatic production line control system based on mobile devices and internet plus is introduced in this paper, which connects the real system with the virtual internet of things, and use PLC as controller for data acquisition, data processing and monitoring via mobile devices. An online order and intelligent production could be realized, which could satisfy the requirement of intelligent factory.
