摘要 设计了一台PTC电阻自动分拣机,该PTC电阻自动分拣机以三菱PLC为主控制器,结合触摸屏技术、传感技术、气动技术和机电传动技术,并配合热敏电阻分析仪,实现了对PTC电阻的自动分拣与计数功能。该分拣机包括机械、电气和软件三部分。机械部分包括机架、机械传动和气压传动;电气部分包括检测、控制和驱动回路;软件部分包括PLC程序和触摸屏的组态。该分拣机采用了单向旋转的工位布局,提高了工作效率;还巧妙地利用真空装置实现工件的取放、利用吹气装置实现工件的分类入库。该分拣装置自动化程度高,具有分拣可靠、操作简单的特点,并能适应不同类型的PTC电阻,体现出较高的工业应用价值。 A PTC resistor automatic sorting machine was designed. The equipment is given priority to with MITSUBISHI PLC controller, combined with the touch screen technology, sensor technology, pneumatic and mechanical and electrical transmission technology, and cooperate with the thermistor analyzer, implements the automatic sorting and counting function of PTC resistance. The sorting machine includes three parts: mechanical, electrical and software. The mechanical part includes frame, mechanical transmission and pneumatic transmission; The electrical part includes detection, control and drive loop; The software part includes a PLC program and a touch screen configuration. The sorting machine adopts a one-way rotating station layout and improves the working efficiency. The vacuum device was used to realize the pick and place of the workpiece and the blowing device was used to realize the classification of the workpiece. The sorting device has high degree of automation. It has the characteristics of reliable and simple operation, and can adapt to different types of PTC resistance, which shows the high value of industrial application.
