摘要
针对脚型的特殊性,减少劳动力生产,提高制造的生产效率,本文设计了这款制造个人定制鞋垫的设备,根据现场测量,数据采集等方式,实现制造个人定制鞋自动调节。该系统基于QJ71C24N串口通信模块实现了网页、APP、采集系统与现场设备PLC之间的网络通信,通过数据传送自动调节定位参数值,方便维修和调试,提高了系统可维修性。除此之外,现场设备采用GS2110触摸屏作为监控系统控制界面设计,构成一个一体化自动化网络,实现个人定制鞋垫的全自动化管理。
According to the particularity of foot type, reduce labor, improve manufacturing efficiency, this paper designed the personal customized insole manufacturing equipment, according to the field measurement, data acquisition etc., realize the automatic adjustment of personal customized shoes manufacturing. The system of QJ71 C24 N serial communication module to realize the communication between web pages, APP, data acquisition system and field equipment based on PLC, through the data transmission to automatically adjust the positioning parameters, convenient debugging and maintenance, improve system maintainability. In addition, the field equipment uses the GS2110 touch screen as the monitoring system control interface design, constitutes an integrated automation network, to achieve full automatic management of customized insoles.
