摘要
针对在工业生产和其他领域内,人们经常受到高温、腐蚀及有毒气体等因素的危害,增加了工人的劳动强度,甚至于危及生命。本文以三菱FX系列中型PLC为控制核心,建立了三层结构的工业自动化五自由度机械手系统。现场采集层完成各用电设备的电参数采集;中央控制层完成数据预处理、通信、控制等功能;数据呈现层完成画面呈现、管理、报警、发布等功能。系统除了可以方便地实现常规的机械手系统自动化(遥测、遥控、遥信、遥调)以外,还能代替人工在高温和危险的作业区进行作业,并可根据工件的变化及运动流程的要求随时更改相关参数。可实现减轻工人劳动强度,提高劳动生产率的目的。
In industrial production and other fields, people are often affected by high temperature, corrosion and poisonous gases, which increase the labor intensity and even life of workers. Based on the control core of MITSUBISHI FX series medium PLC, this paper establishes a three-layer industrial automatic five-degree-of-freedom manipulator system. The central control layer can complete data preprocessing, communication, control and other functions; The data presentation layer completes the function of image rendering, management, alarm and release. System in addition to facilitate the implementation of the conventional manipulator system automation, remote sensing, remote control, remote communication, remote setting), also can take the place of human to operate at high temperatures and dangerous areas, and can according to the requirements of the change of the workpiece and the movement process at any time change the relevant parameters. The purpose of optimizing industrial production process and reducing the risk of staff is realized.
