摘要 在炼油、化工、制药等行业中,需要对多种液体进行定性与定量混合,工作环境一般不适合人工现场操作,另外对液体的质量要求、控制过程、混合精确相对较高,人工操作和半自动化控制所难以达到,本文通过PLC技术对液体混合系统进行控制,采用电导率来控制主电机转速,实现对液体的自动变速搅拌,并使用3个固定旋转挡板提高搅拌效率,杜绝液面凹陷,减少死角,最终使液体搅拌更均匀,达到节能高效,流畅与自动化的搅拌效果,并通过后期的不断改进与测试,完全实现智能化的搅拌。 In oil refining, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, a variety of liquids need to be qualitatively and quantitatively mixed, the working environment is generally not suitable for manual field operation, in addition to the liquid quality requirements, control process. The mixing accuracy is relatively high, which is difficult to achieve by manual operation and semi-automatic control. In this paper, the liquid mixing system is controlled by PLC technology, the electric conductivity is used to control the main motor speed, and the automatic variable speed stirring of the liquid is realized, and three fixed rotating baffles are used to improve the mixing efficiency. By eliminating the surface depression, reducing the dead angle, and finally making the liquid stirring more evenly, the mixing effect of energy saving, high efficiency, fluency and automation is achieved, and through the continuous improvement and test in the later period, the intelligent mixing is realized completely.
