摘要
激光雕刻技术在加工领域的应用十分广泛,但传统的激光雕刻机没有与网络连接,操作需要较多的人工干预。本文以三菱PLC平台结合IT技术,设计并实现了通过云端管理工厂、接受订单,通过上位机监控现场,由激光雕刻机进行生产的系统,并改进了微型激光雕刻机的尺寸与自动化进料系统。经一段时间的运行,取得了良好的效果。
Laser-carving technology is widely used in the field of processing, but the traditional laser-carving machine is not connected with the network, the operation requires more manual intervention. This paper uses MITSUBISHI PLC platform and IT technology, to implement a system. This system manages the factory and accepts orders through the cloud, and monitors the scene through the host computer, and manages automatic laser-carving machine production. In addition, this paper reduces micro-laser-carving machine size and improves automated feeding system. After a period of operation, and it is proved to be excellent in practice.
