摘要
随着种植技术的提高,大规模种植草莓成为了可能,但是草莓本身果体柔弱,成熟时间不统一,使得草莓的采摘几乎完全由人工完成,这种采摘方式效率低,费时费力。为此,本设计参考三菱电机e-F@ctory设计理念,采用图像识别技术结合机械臂的控制,联动PLC与电脑,实现对于成熟草莓的精准采摘。通过对采摘机构的设计,在保护果体的同时提高采摘效率;通过对机械臂运动路线的规划保证采摘的速度;通过图像识别技术确保采摘的准确性。这种机械适用于大规模的生产种植中,通过对机械臂的改装亦可实现自动喷洒农药,摘除杂草等一系列活动。同时,此自动机械的研究过程以及程序具有一定的普适性,通过适当的改装可以推广到很多领域。
With the improvement of planting technology, the large-scale planting of strawberry was possible. But the fruit body of strawberry is vulnerability and it's impossible that all the strawberries can mature at the same time, which makes the strawberry picking process almost complete by manual work. This way of strawberry picking is inefficiency and takes time and energy. For this purpose, this design references the e-F@ctory design concept of MITSUBISHI Electric, using image recognition technology combined with the control of mechanical arm, linking between PLC and computer, to realize the precise picking of ripe strawberries. Through the design of the picking mechanism, the picking efficiency is improved while the fruit body is protected. The speed of picking is guaranteed by the planning of the movement route of the manipulator. The accuracy of picking is guaranteed by image recognition technology. This machine is suitable for large-scale production, and the modification of the mechanical arm makes this machine can also be used to automatically spray pesticide, remove weeds and other activities. At the same time, the research process and procedure of this automatic machine have certain universality, which can be extended to many fields through proper modification.
